Meet Gabriel, the teammate who turns ideas into products people use.

An Software Engineer who works as close to customers and stakeholders as to the codebase — taking “we need this to work” all the way to production.

Teams I’ve built with.

From global enterprises to AI startups — across healthcare, legal, biotech, insurance and more.

  • PagerDuty
  • VariaCode
  • LunaGen
  • Protera
  • Klare
  • Acid Labs

From “we need this to work” to production.

Most things worth building start as an idea and a bit of pressure. My job is to make them real — together with the people who need it and the people who build it.

Where it starts

An idea, a deadline and a lot of open questions.

  • Who is it for?
  • What does done look like?
  • Who needs to be in the room?
  • Can we ship it this quarter?

Where it lands

In production — built by a team, made to last, and still getting better.

  1. Listen first

With the customers and stakeholders who live the problem

  2. Build together

Shared standards, honest reviews and tests

  3. Ship, then improve

Production is where the next version starts

What I bring to a team.

Not just code. Here’s what working with me looks like — with real moments behind each one.

The best things I’ve shipped were never solo. I’d rather lift the whole team than be its hero.

  • I can hold one standard of quality across global teams and time zones, from the US to Chile and Portugal.

  • I can keep designers and engineers talking the same language, so nothing gets lost between a design file and the code that ships it.

A note from Gabriel

Ideas are easy. Making them real is the job.

Most of the projects I’ve loved started with the same sentence: “we need this to work.” Sometimes it was a platform holding a whole enterprise back. Sometimes it was an AI startup with two products to ship — one for clinicians losing hours to paperwork, one for legal teams. Sometimes it was a biotech team turning protein design into a business, or insurers who needed to sell through one channel.

At global enterprises and AI startups alike, I’ve learned that code is only part of the answer. The rest is listening — to the customers who live with the problem and the stakeholders who need it solved — and turning that into a plan a team can actually ship.

So that’s how I work: close to the people who use what we build, and the people who build it with me. I care about quality because production is where it counts, and I’m never quite done — there’s always a better next version.

If you have something that needs to work, I’d love to hear about it.
